I ordered 2 sizes up to be sure it would fit. It could always be altered smaller but not larger. This dress (which is lovely) is nowhere near a 3X. In fact, it was smaller than 1X. I realize sizes can differ depending on brand, but this was way, way off. I even had a neighbor, who is smaller than I am, try it on to see how it looked on her. She’s a size 10-12, and it was still too small. She could get the dress on, which I couldn’t, but it was not a nice looking fit. So disappointed as I wanted to wear this to a wedding.
