We bought this for our game room and have used it just about every weekend. It seems solidly built (for MDF board), and I like the fact that the cabinet is tall, and with the doors open, it creates a protective barrier so people aren't hitting my wall. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the dartboard holds the darts so tightly that we are constantly breaking dart tips removing them, which leaves the tip in the board. Many of the holes have started to loosen up with use, so it will probably be fine. I will have to see how it holds up over time.This was a part of game room I set up recently. There are three dead spots so far on board. The cabinet still looks good and wasn’t difficult to mount.Amazon says 2 stars = I don't like it, and I def don't like it. They shipped me one with a mark on the cabinet, but I am not the type who cares about that. Also, the one I got is much darker than the one I see in this pic I took.. too much stain or a darker stain..I don't think it's the "flash" that made it that light in theirs. you can see a very strong flash from my camera and and that one is still lighter. then one without the flash to see how dark it is, so simply too much stain or a darker stain. But I really wanted it closer to the one in their pic to match my trim. Anyway, I'm a pure function guy so I would keep it with the mark and the wrong color as long as it does it's job. so does it do the job? No.Let me start with the dart board since you probably won't get this cabinet unless you want or have the dartboard., this is a better dart board WITHOUT the cabinet. So that's why I started with the review of the cabinet. If you are looking for that package like I was, forget about it. Both could be made way better. The dart board had too many bounce outs and it didn't matter if it was a 14 gram or 16 gram dart. I am an amateur and my friends play in leagues. Both were dropping out too much for my amateur liking.The score for cricket could be angled downward 5 to 15 degrees would be SO nice. which would help with glare of light and since I'm not 7 ft tall, I would be able to read it much better whether 8 ft away or 3 ft away. Right now I have to stand back 7 ft or more to even be able to see score, but the further away you go the smaller it is also making it harder to see. Can't store darts and close the cabinet in those slots.. if it was angled up higher you def could so maybe in a future version. The 26 different games that slides out to the left of the board slides out without the cabinet well, but CAN'T slide out within this board (see pic). Before playing with this dart board I felt like I could make it better in 3 different ways. After installing it to the cabinet I felt like I could've made it better in literally 6 different ways. After playing, additionally I wished there weren't too many bounce outs. Then during our first game towards the end, a dart had hit a button that restarted the game and we weren't able to go back. So now I'm at 8 things not considering the good amount of money I paid. Lastly, even if you already have the dart board, keep it without the cabinet and custom make yourself one and pay someone $75 to do it or do it yourself and pay yourself $75...it won't cost too much in materials. The cabinet is going to get a 1 and the dart board a 2. It's a custom dart board, it should be PERFECT and compliment the board! If I didn't already hang this on the wall, I'd return it. If the company replies about the mark and does something small, I'll bump it up a star or two, otherwise it's staying at 1. So we'll see how their customer service is.Love the cabinet that has storage but utilizes minimal space on the wall. The dart tips are very fragile or the holes so compact that the tips don't lodge easily into the board, which means they are breaking. Overall satisfied though.Both dart boards would give scores for the wrong number. It also gave scores even if you hit outside the board. For example: If you hit the outer rubber area where the numbers are listed, it would give you points. It would give you double & triple points even when you didn't hit the double or triple area. After the first one, we realized we hadn't registered the board in time, so there was nothing that could be done. The first dart board didn't start making errors until we'd had it 3 months. The second dart board we ordered started the very first day we used it. I would try a different manufacturer.I have received my order but I have ordered the metropolitan espresso cabinet and that it is showed on the package but from the color of the cabinet that it is inside it looks a darker color, more like Mahogany finishPlease see the attached photoPlease advise if indeed this is the espresso finish an not the mahogany by mistake as from the color you show in your site it should not be so dark !Very happy with the quality of the cabinet and the board. They even throw in a better set of Viper Black Magic darts along with the cheaper factory ones. It took some time to get the board where I wanted it in the cabinet, then the cabinet squarely where it needed to be on the wall to have the Bullseye at 68" from the ground and mounted perfectly square with a level, but totally worth it. I couldn't stop playing, very addicting with several different games to choose from. Highly recommended if you like playing darts!Based upon some of the reviews, I was hesitant to order this, but it was the best I could find. So far I've been very happy. The cabinet, although nothing fancy, is solid enough and put together well. The board works fine, and if you know how to throw darts, has few bounce outs. And most of those still register a hit.My only complaint is the description of the various packages -- we thought we had ordered the one with the laser line and light, but did not. Sadly, it'll be another $60 for those accessories and had we ordered the correct package, it was only $9 more.I ordered 10 of these cases and they are awesome . Very well made... Just beautiful very very happy. Would recommend to anyone to buyToo expensive
