We offer 100% Refund, or re-make one, or return 50% if you keep the dress.But if we make the dress according to your specification, it turn out to be wrong, we couldn't accept return and refund. 7. Custom taxes
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be. Our shipping service has no additional fees to the USA, and the United Kingdom.
